Teaching Strategies for Adult Learners - This course will assist the participants in learning about the various characteristics of adult learners, learning models that aremost effective for adults, and how to create a positive learning environment for adult learners. The course is approximately 2 hours.

Tools for effective training in Childcare - This course is designed to parallel the steps and activities that are needed in order to offer training to the target audience. The goal of any training should be to provide effective learning for adults who are, or will be, working in a child care setting. The course is approximately 4 hours.
