Kimbro's Training & Consultation Services accepts secure payments via pay-pal. You may pay with a debit or credit card. You may use your pay-pay account (if you have one), Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover card. You do not have to open a pay-pal account to make your payment.

Registration, Payment & Refund Policy

Cash Payments: Payments by cash will be accepted prior to training class at training site. EXACT CHANGE IS REQUIRED. 

If paying by money order, please purchase a post office money order and mail it to the following address: 1300 S. Frazier Suite 209 Conroe, TX 77301

 Personal Check Policy: PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED as long as the checks have cleared prior to the class date!

Company Check Policy: COMPANY CHECKS ACCEPTED as long as the checks have cleared prior to the class date!

Invoicing: We will send you an invoice via pay-pal for all services that are not in the webstore. Just send an e-mail to kimbrotraining@yahoo.com with your training size, location, number of attendees, etc., and you will receive an e-mail invoice. Once you have made your payment we will receive notification that payment has been received.

Credit/Debit Card/Check Rejection Fee: A fee of $35 plus any additional fees that are a direct result of your cancelled check, reversed credit/debit card transactions will be assessed.

Policies & Procedures, Payment & Refund Continued

Pagers & Cell Phones: All pagers and cell phones must be switched to vibrate or turned off during class. Anyone breaking this policy will be asked to leave the class. No refund or reschedule will be granted.

Computers, PDA's, Etc.: These devices may be used to take notes (if necessary). However, any other use during class will not be allowed. Anyone breaking this policy will be asked to leave the class. No refund or reschedule will be granted.

Pre-payment: Unless otherwise noted and/or approved, classes must be pre-paid prior to attendance

Cancellations: a cancellation fee of $25 per person will be assessed for cancellations made by students less than 24 hours prior to a training session.

Book Fees: All books are ordered at the time students schedule their class, except for CPR/FA classes. Therefore, no refund will be given if students cancel or do not show up for their class.

Service Fees: All service fees are non-refundable except where otherwise noted.

Testing: All students will receive some form of testing (oral, written, skill). All students taking a written or oral exam must receive a minimum of 70% to pass the class. Students taking a skill test must receive a minimum of 100% to pass. Students who do not pass the class will be given a review (after all the other students have left). If the student do not pass the exam after the review, the student will be required to retake the class. No credit will be given for students who have to retake a class. Full payment will be required for all retakes. (DOES NOT APPLY TO CDA & CDDC PROGRAMS).

Consent to record: ANY course may be recorded for quality assurance purposes. Any one attending our classes and/or training sessions automatically give their consent to be recorded. Recording may be in any form (audio, video, etc.). Students also give consent for the use of the recording at a future time without legal recourse, damages or compensation.

Prices & Schedule Changes: All prices and schedules are subject to change without notice.

Non-Attendance: No refund! A reschedule or credit will be allowed or given one time only.

Refunds & Reschedules 

Refunds: All payments are non-refundable except where noted else where. NO REFUNDS once service has been rendered!

Reschedules: All reschedules must be made within 24 hours prior to the training session that you signed up for. You will be allowed 1 reschedule and that rescheduled class must be taken within 30 days
