Kimbro Trainining & Consultation Services LLC will gladly accept your debit and/or credit card payments. We currently use paypal merchant services. However, you do not have to have a paypal account to pay via paypal. You may use your visa, mastercard, etc., to make your secure payments online. If wish to use our alternative payment methods, please be sure to read our policies below.

WE ARE IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY. WE PROVIDE INTELLECTUAL SERVICES (TRAINING). THEREFORE, WE HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY
If you pay for a service and can not attend, we will gladly reschedule you if notice was given in writing 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled event. You will have 30 days to take the missed class. If you do not reschedule/take the missed class within 30 days, you will forfeit your fee.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL, RESCHEDULE AND/OR POST-PONE A TRAINING/CLASS/EVENT IF THE ENROLLMENT OR OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES ARISE THAT REQUIRES US TO DO SO. IN THIS EVENT, WE WILL PROVIDE A CREDIT TO ANY FUTURE TRAINING/CLASS/EVENT THAT THE PARTICIPANT WISHES TO APPLY THE FEE TO.

DIRECTIONS: We strongly recommend that you obtain directions from a reliable source PRIOR to your scheduled class date and time. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU ARE LATE FOR THE TRAINING THAT YOU SIGNED UP FOR DUE TO BEING LOST OR USED A SEARCH ENGINE (I.E., MAP QUEST, GOOGLE, ETC.) FOR DIRECTIONS AND THEY SEND YOU TO THE WRONG LOCATION. ALL POLICIES REGARDING NO SHOWS, RESCHEDULES AND NO REFUND WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
If you need directions, give us a call BEFORE the scheduled class date and time...PLEASE PLAN TO BE EARLY OR ONTIME ALLOWING TIME FOR TRAFFIC, WEATHER, MISSED TURNS, FOOD, ETC.!
REMINDERS: We do not send out reminders for the classes that you enrolled in (EXCEPT CLASSES YOU REGISTERED FOR VIA AHA WEBSITE). If we cancel a class, we will send out direct e-mails to those participants who pre-paid for the event.
NAME ON CREDIT CARD: Unless we are notified otherwise, the name on the credit card will be the name placed on the roster and/or expected for the training that was purchased. If someone else is suppose to attend the training, it is the client's responsibility to ensure that we are made aware of this PRIOR to the scheduled class date and time. Otherwise, we will assume that the person listed on the credit card purchase/receipt did not show up. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
Money Orders: MUST BE U.S.POST OFFICE ISSUED OR BANK ISSUED
Personal Check Policy: NOT ACCEPTED
Company Check Policy: Company Checks are accepted. However, all company checks must clear the bank 3 days prior to training. Please make payable to Kimbro Training & Consultaton Services LLC

Invoicing Policy: Paper/E-mail invoicing is provided. Invoicing will have all fees associated with your training that include third party vendor fees, shipping (if items have to be ordered), taxes (if applicable), and trainer fees. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON THIRD PARTY ITEMS, SHIPPING FEES, AND ANY OTHER FEES THAT ARE NOT REFUNDABLE TO THE COMPANY.
Conference/Seminar/Workshop Policy: NO REFUNDS!
Training/Booking Fees: All fees for training/booking payment/fees must be received as agreed. If payment is not received as agreed, the training/booking WILL HAVE TO BE RESCHEDULED.
BOOKING/ADMINISTRATIVE FEE: DEPOSIT AND/OR PAYMENT FOR EVENT MUST BE RECEIVED IN ORDER TO SAVE THE DATE/TIME OF EVENT. ALL OTHER POLICIES ARE APPLICABLE.
Refunds: All payments are non-refundable except where noted else where.
Reschedules: All reschedules must be made within 24 hours prior to the training session that you signed up for. Reschedule request must be in writing. You will be allowed 1 reschedule and that rescheduled class must be taken within 30 days.
Book Fees: All books are ordered at the time students schedule their class, except for CPR/FA classes (if books are required). Therefore, no refund will be given if students cancel or do not show up for their class.
Service Fees: All service fees are non-refundable except where otherwise noted.
Testing: All students will receive some form of testing (oral, written, skill). All students taking a written or oral exam must receive a minimum of 85% to pass the class. Students taking a skill test must receive a minimum of 100% to pass (Unless otherwise allowed by vendor).
Students who do not pass the class will be given a review (after all the other students have left). If the student do not pass the exam after the review, the student will be required to retake the class. No credit will be given for students who have to retake a class. Full payment will be required for all retakes. (DOES NOT APPLY TO CDA & CDDC PROGRAMS).
Consent to record: Kimbro's Training & Consultation Services LLC reserves the right to record ANY class/training session for quality assurance purposes, marketing, advertising, etc. Anyone attending our classes and/or training sessions automatically give their consent to be recorded. Recording may be in any form (audio, video, etc.). Students also give consent for the use of the recording at a future time without legal recourse, damages or compensation.
If you do not wish to be recorded, please let the instructor know prior to the start of class...Your seating arrangement may have to be adjusted.
